Account deletion
Delete your Boostly account.
You are always in control of your data. Delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us by email and we will do it for you.
Request deletion by email
Send your request to support@boostly.chainlabsdev.com with the subject Delete my Boostly account, and write from the email address registered on the account (or include it in the message). We will confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.
Delete it yourself in the app
- Open the Boostly app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Before you delete
- Your wallet balance must be under 100 coins, and you must have no active orders. Use your coins or wait for orders to finish first.
- Any coins left in your wallet are lost when the account is deleted.
- Deletion cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and sign-in details
- Orders and their history
- Deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history
- Referral earnings
- Support messages and poll votes
- Password reset tokens
Routine database backups may hold a copy for a short time afterwards. We do not restore deleted accounts. See our privacy policy for details.
